Dealing With Grief

When Grief is personal, no one can tell you how to do it! You live with it ... One learn how to live with it.


Everyone circumstances are different, some  people go in isolation, cut themselves from family or friends, not because they want to but because of the emotional and psychological issues that have changed their lives and wellbeing.


I’m aware that my in most cases the victims life changed significantly, in some cases partners become withdrawn and some people can’t function properly as they use. 


I can attest to this, because I have been going through significant changes in some areas of my life.

I have to make adjustments here and there for example, I stay away from the kitchen unless it is necessary, I don’t do long trips unless I am in company and it has to be VERY IMPORTANT.
